Product Description
General Care - Wash all parts with warm water and soap before first use. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow them to dry. - Contents should not be left in the container for more than 24 hours. Wash all parts with warm water and soap as soon as possible after each use. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water. Allow parts to dry completely before next use or storage. - DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers as this may damage the finish. - DO NOT use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any part of the product. - This product is dishwasher safe on the top rack. However, hand washing is recommended as dishwashers use stronger detergents and hot water which may affect the product's appearance. - Residue may get trapped between parts, under gaskets (flexible band around lid and/or stopper), or in straws. While this product is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to ensure these parts of the product are thoroughly cleaned. - For maximum thermal efficiency, pre-heat or pre-cool the product just before use. Fill with hot/cold tap water, attach lid, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, then empty water. Re-cover the container with the lid to increase thermal efficiency after filling with contents. Never use a microwave, conventional oven, or other heat source for this purpose. Warnings - DO NOT drink directly from the flask. - DO NOT use the product in a microwave, on the stove, or in any type of oven. - NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN: Keep out of reach of children, especially if the product contains hot contents which may burn or scald the user. - Always test the temperature of contents before consumption. - DO NOT overfill the flask: Leave space at the top of the flask for the screw-on lid to avoid overfilling. Hot contents may burn or scald the user if overfilled. - Regularly check that any gaskets (flexible band around the lid and/or stopper) are present and correctly positioned to prevent contents from passing through when the lid is closed. A missing, worn, or misaligned gasket can cause product leakage. Leakage of hot contents can then burn or scald the user. - In general, contents should not be left in the container for more than 24 hours. However, the rate at which contents spoil depends on several factors. Some contents, such as dairy products and/or tomatoes, may begin to spoil sooner. Use caution when using the product with rapidly spoiling contents. - If contents are left in the container for more than 24 hours, or if you suspect they are spoiled, use caution when opening the container. Spoiled contents can cause pressure build-up inside the container, which can result in the stopper and/or contents being ejected with force. In such a case, ENSURE THE OPENING IS POINTED AWAY FROM THE USER OR OTHER PERSONS TO AVOID INJURY. - DO NOT use tools or devices to open the flask. - If you cannot open the container by hand, do not open it, but dispose of it at your local waste management facility. - DO NOT use to store carbonated beverages or dry ice. This may cause the lid/stopper and contents to be ejected with force or leak.
