Product Description
Care: If the retractable leash (cord or tape) gets wet, fully extend it from the casing, engage the brake lock, and let it dry overnight. Remove any adhering dirt from the tape/cord and casing before retracting the leash. Severe wear or damage – often caused by biting – can damage the cord or tape. Do not continue to use the retractable leash in such a case. Who can use this leash? This leash should only be used by responsible individuals who have read and can follow the specified safety instructions. Anyone using this leash must be able to control the dog and keep it under close supervision at all times to prevent it from running off or entangling someone in the cord/tape/strap. Store out of reach of small children. Never allow anyone to play with this leash. Is this leash right for your dog? Do not use this leash with a disobedient or uncontrollable dog, as it can more easily entangle the cord/tape/strap around people or run off at high speed. Only use this leash with a dog that does not exceed the weight limit indicated on the leash. Leashes for larger dogs have tape or straps instead of cord to reduce the risk of amputations and cuts. Even small dogs can pull hard enough to injure you, especially since the leash length allows the dog to run and build up speed. Follow all these safety instructions even with a small dog.
