The recipe has an extra low magnesium level of 0.04% to minimize the risk of urinary tract problems in neutered cats. The slightly higher fiber content also makes it suitable for cats that have problems with hairballs. FourFriends Sterilized is a gentle dry food with natural ingredients, without chemical preservatives, and enriched with Aloe vera and sea buckthorn extract.
